BreakoutLabs Shipping Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Shipping Coverage
BreakoutLabs ships to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
Processing & Delivery Times
Standard Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or FedEx.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days for standard delivery. FedEx Overnight orders arrive the next business day after shipment.
VIP Processing: Select the VIP Processing option at checkout to have your order prioritized and shipped before standard orders — as long as your order is placed before 5:00 PM EST.
Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day (typically Monday).
Shipping Methods
Depending on your location and product, we use:
- USPS for standard delivery
- FedEx Overnight for expedited fulfillment
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
BreakoutLabs does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Because our testing kits are personalized and designed for single use, all sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@breakoutlab.co within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
