Return, Cancellation & Reship Policy

At BreakoutLabs, all test kits are processed through CLIA/CAP-certified laboratories to ensure clinical accuracy, safety, and compliance with federal health regulations. Because each kit is linked to personal health data and biological samples, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

This policy is required under HIPAA and laboratory safety guidelines to protect your privacy and maintain the integrity of all collected samples.

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately. Please email info@breakoutlab.co or call/text (877) 760-2333, and our team will assist you right away.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your kit arrives damaged, missing components, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reship your kit at no cost. Please include your order number and any relevant photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges & Returns

Because our test kits contain regulated medical materials and are connected to protected health data, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once shipped. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for orders canceled before shipment or in rare cases where BreakoutLabs is unable to fulfill your order. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

Subscription Policy

When you subscribe, you’ll automatically receive a new BreakoutLabs Test Kit every 90 days to help you stay on top of your skin, hormonal, and nutritional health. Each subscription renewal includes:

Billing & Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every 90 days using the payment method on file. You’ll receive an email reminder prior to renewal.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next kit is processed by contacting our support team at info@breakoutlab.co or (877) 760-2333.

Once a renewal kit has shipped, it follows the same non-returnable policy outlined above.
