Read the prep, then work through the five steps.
Five things decide whether your sample is usable. None of them take long.
Use the same email you ordered with.
Never a Friday, never the weekend.
Straight into the prepaid mailer, the day you collect.
Within 1 to 2 hours of waking, after an 8 to 10 hour fast. Water only.
Device, tube, heat pack, swab, gauze, bandage, timer.
Your hormone levels change through the month, so timing matters.
Nothing extra to worry about.
Everything is the same, with one extra rule.
If you need help, stop and message us before you start. We would rather send a replacement than have the lab reject your sample.
Real clips of the actual device. One step at a time.

Warm skin brings blood to the surface. Do not skip it.
Ready when: warm, clean and completely dry.

Do this while your arm is still warm.
Ready when: the tube is all the way in and the adhesive is uncovered.

The tube has to point down, or the sample runs the wrong way.
Ready when: flat, secure, tube pointing down.
Relax your arm and let it fill. Tensing slows it down.
Done when: the tube is full to the top line, or 3 minutes are up.
A tube that is not full enough is the most common reason a sample gets rejected. Take the full 3 minutes and fill it properly.

Mix it properly and mail it the same day. Both matter.
Finished when: capped, mixed 10 times, sealed and on its way.
Monday through Thursday only. Never ship into the weekend.
In the morning, within 1 to 2 hours of waking, before food. If you are female, days 3 to 7 of your cycle.
8 to 10 hours overnight. Water only.
Yes, and you should. Being hydrated helps the sample flow.
Right up to the top line. A little over is fine. Under the line is what gets samples rejected.
4 minutes with the heat pack. Most people cut this short, and it is the most common reason a sample fails.
Stay relaxed, keep your arm hanging down, and massage above the device. Give it the full 3 minutes.
Monday through Thursday, the same day you collect. Never into the weekend.
About 10 days after the lab receives your sample. We will email you.
A quick pinch, then nothing. It goes on the back of your arm rather than a fingertip, which most people find easier.
Stop and message us before you keep going. Details are just below.
